Energy Healing Session

An individual healing designed to clear suppressed emotions, release old energy and infuse the energetic body with intentions of empowerment and embodiment. This one-hour energy healing session (virtual) typically flows like this:
- Discussion – to identify what needs to be healed
- Healing – clearing negative energy and/or old patterns associated with adverse past experiences and replacing that with positive intentions – methods used include guided meditation and reiki
- Debrief – to help integrate your healing and discuss your post healing care
